During a phone conversation on June 29, Mark Exler explained he will likely be unable to remove the basketball hoop from outside the garage before closing on 211 Hunt Road as he had promised to do. He allows that Lorri and Lisa can remove it themselves after closing, otherwise he will “try to get someone out there to take it down eventually.”
Said basketball hoop turns out to be a professional-grade steel beam structure mounted to the driveway with bolts driven into the ground. Most folks say you need a backhoe to tear this thing out of the ground.
Gee, I wonder how much time, effort, and money it will cost to have this removed?
